Norton Immediate Care Center - Heartland

I used the reserve a spot option and it worked great. Even though thy were on a 2 hour wait for people just walking in I was taken back within 20 minutes of arriving. Reception was kind and very efficient. The MA went over my vitals and asked all the right questions. When my provider came in she assessed me and order test quickly. It was so nice to be able to get everything done at 1 facility. Wonderful staff and exceptional facility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of care!

This is place is really great. Ive only been going here for a little over a year. My wife has been here longer and likes it also. Today, even though I was running about 5 minutes late, they still got me in very quick. Seen me, determined what was wrong and got me meds prescribed, then out. 15 - 20 minutes tops. The behavior of the front desk staff at this location last Saturday evening, about 7:30pm, was absolutely appalling. They openly mocked patients who complained that they were in pain. At one point, some patients decided to leave after a long wait, the clerical staff laughed at them, brought up other patients whose pain their also made jokes of, and did not even have the decency to do this behind closed doors, so all the rest of us waiting heard everything (HIPPA, anyone?). I was shocked that Norton staff could be so unprofessional, and extremely uncaring. I could tell my child became much more nervous after hearing them. Also, just with checking in with one of them, the woman we spoke to was very short and clipped in her questions- did not ever bother to make eye contact, showed no concern

Best care I have ever had. I normally won't go to an Urgent/Immediate Care when I'm not feeling well cause I don't want to here,"Based on what you are saying it could be this or that", but after hearing my symptoms Dr Taylor ran an EKG and chest X-ray to see what it was. Everyone was so nice and explained everything they were doing or going to do. Will definitely be back and hope they never change.

The staff were polite, prompt, and friendly. I reported to the lab for a pre-hire drug screen and was kindly redirected to the Immediate Care Center. I was not chastised for not knowing otherwise, and that speaks volumes. The entire affair took half an hour, tops, including my mistakenly waiting in the wrong line. Three staff made sure I was who I claimed to be and instructions were very defined. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
