Please let me speak to the donors explain our experience. Nurse would hurry before donors came to visit getting place in order. Put on a fake attitude same one that use around doctors. Nurse practitioner touched all on child's butt (doing exam) use the same finger places in child's mouth. Talked to multiple charge nurse, social workers, doctors, ect Didn't provided the level of care we expect from a NICU and hospital staff. Monitors would going off for hours, didn't check the babies unless it was assessment time. Our child got a horrible diaper rash bleeding from his butt. Their solution was to leave him naked peeing and pooping on a pad. We were told they ONLY changed diapers every 3 hours period. The doctor would make a plan nurses refused to follow.
