Northwood Vision

Dr. Keats and his staff were amazing! Had a wonderful experience when I brought my mom in for her annual eye exam. He was very thorough with his exam and excellent at explaining her results. His staff was lovely, professional, and kind. We will definitely continue to use Dr. Keats.

My first visit to Northwood Vision. Had my eyes examined by Dr. Keats, for new glasses. I am a 75 year old man and have worn glasses since I was 7 yrs. Old! This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life. Dr. Keats explained in great detail every aspect of the exam. And he also completely explained what I can probable expect of my vision in years to come. The entire staff of four woman each spent time with me the moment I walked in the door. They were each helpful and personable. We are lucky to have these folks in our community!

Love going here. The office staff is very professional and friendly. This time I went for an eyelid infection. The doctor has a real knack for explaining why/how I should do certain procedures in an easy to understand humerous way. I will never look at the US Military, the British Army or the UN again in the same way. 😊

Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Keats is exceptional at his profession! He takes time to communicate effectively, answer questions, and does not rush the process. He is very cordial, kind, and personable! They deserve a 5 star rating!
