Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care Aurora

I went to urgent care on NYE at 8:30am. It was already busy since they had shortened hours for the holiday. Upon check-in, the staff was upfront on wait times (20-30 mins). Once I got back, I got swabbed for strep, flu and covid since all are going around. They tech told me right away that it will be 20 minutes for the lab test results to come back and put me in a room. The nurse practitioner came in after 20 minutes with results. She was very thorough, personable and able to get me out the door within 10 minutes of seeing me which was sufficient. Overall it took ~1 hour which I consider good for peak flu season. I would recommend this location.

Completed 6 weeks of physical therapy here with Dr. Sydney Mitchell and had an exceptional experience. I only worked with Dr. Mitchell, but would have confidence with any physical therapist here based on the glimpses of care given to others. Big shout out too to the ladies at the front desk who were always so friendly and patient with everyone. God willing, I hope I go a long time without being injured or needing physical therapy again, but the prospect is far less intimidating knowing there are physical therapists like Sydney Mitchell and the staff at this location out there helping people.

Had a visit recently. Given prompt efficient X-ray. Technician was great. Doctor on duty was great Was taken care of properly. Bad reviews from years ago are the past. All I know is the present time was good.

Went in for routine bloodwork for thyroid. It was a quick check in and less than 5 minute wait to be called. Tech has the gifted touch on blood draw, barely felt the needle going in. Had a great experience and a very convenient location.

Dr. K. Ritter was amazing. She provided direct, fast care and was very informative. Dr. Ritter is professional and a wealth of info. Thank you!
