Northwest Urgent Care

I had a great experience here. The nurse practitioner that seen me was able to treat all my symptoms. She made extra suggestions that were helpful to my health. I had a bad experience prior with a doctor at another facility that prescribed me the wrong antibiotic, I had been miserable for over a week. After coming here, I felt better within a few hours. I'd also add that they are more modestly priced compared the other surrounding medical competitors.

I went to urgent care yesterday because I am so sick and I feel like no doctors were helping me until I went there and Doctor Amon ordered a scan and said that he really wants to figure out what’s going on with me which made me feel like, finally Someone really cares and wants to help me feel better! From the wonderful nurses to the doctor, it was literally the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care and going forward, I won’t go anywhere else! I will tell all of my family and friends to go there. Thank you, Doctor and the nurses who made me feel like someone actually cares. Hilary Dearman

They have been very thorough any time myself or kids have gone here. Wait time has never been more than 10-15 min. All workers are super nice too.

Just got refused to be seen by a doctor because my husband refused to put a diaper on his face. He beleives he has some damage from laying an epoxy floor no symptoms other than feeling like he breathed in some smoke. We moved from northwest Washington to get away from this kind of treatment and now 5 years later they are refusing to take a patient for not wearing a mask in idaho. SHAME ON YOUR FACILITY FOR NOT CARING ABOUT EVERY PERSON WHO WALKS THROUGH YOUR DOORS!!!!! Oh I miss the days when you could be coughing up a lung and you just went in to see a doc and they just took care of you.

Don’t waste your day. You will sit for hours in the waiting room and then add an hour in the patient room. And that’s if there’s only a couple ppl in front of you. There’s zero urgency at this “urgent” care. None. Go to Sterling Urgent Care instead. You’re in and out within 45 minutes or less.
