Northwest Primary Care at Lambert

Thought i should make a review after seeing so many bad ones. I had an appointment with Dr. Hebbar this morning. I was called back 6 minutes before my appointment was scheduled, Dr. came in less than 5 minutes later. My prescription was sent and will be ready later today. No issues with my experience. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice.

The VA has been trying to get ahold of this office for over a year for documentation for my husband and we have been unable to get in touch with anyone since we saw Amanda Berg who has since left the practice. This is completely unacceptable!

Dr. Lokale is an amazing doctor but the office is just terrible. If you are having mental health issues I recommend you go elsewhere. I needed a refill on my anti depression medication and was told they will not refill it until I have an in person appointment since it has been a while. I have no issue with that except the fact that the earliest appointment was over 3 months away. I have called and emailed regarding being seen earlier or even having a prescription filled with enough medicine to last me until my appointment and have not heard back. I'm dealing with terrible withdrawal symptoms and no way to deal with it.

I gave this office a second chance, leaving Dr. Yim and trying Dr. Lokale. I do really like Dr. Lokale, but the office is so poorly managed, with horrendous scheduling and communication, it's impossible to use them as your primary. Again, what’s the point of having a primary care physician if you can’t get in to see them? I received nearly over a dozen calls within a few weeks rescheduling multiple times due to Dr. Lokale not being in that day, or sick, or traveling... they gave me all three excuses multiple weeks away from my appt date. Then marked me down as a Medicare patient, which is wrong. Finally, I was left with no choice but to see Jessica or wait 6 months, who was nice, but I want to see my actual Doctor. I had previously seen Dr. Yim for about two years and haven’t been very

First off, I never leave reviews EVER but I felt I had to in tgis situation to warn other potential patients of this clinic. I 100% echo what everyone else is saying in the other Google reviews. Horrible office staff, but love Dr. Lokale. I can never work in when I really need to see him though (always takes 4-5 days to work into see any Doctor or NP at this office & used to see Dr. Yim prior to Lokale bc same exact situation occurred). When people ask who my PCP is I say “CVS minute clinic or the emergency room / hospital instead bc I end up seeing them more than my own “doctor” (Dr. Lokale).
