The Motive physical therapy facility is the best place I have ever experienced . Besides being an immaculately new place, the therapist are one on one with each patient. Very knowledgeable, very kind and. stay with their client for the entire visit. That in itself is very unusual. It’s seriously positive energy, especially accommodating to understanding the patients issues. Very flexible hours easy to get to . The modalities that are used are predicated on each individual not one size fits all for a therapy. You can’t go wrong here!

I spent nearly a month in PT sessions with owner Dr Seth Peterson to treat a severe neck injury. As an active senior citizen, I have used several physical therapy businesses in the Tucson area, The Motive is hands-down the best by far. Pain and range-of-motion completely dealt with. I have had many different PT practioners but not one of them is as excellent as is The Motive. I have problems with shoulders, feet and a hip, and Seth was able to help me strengthen the joints that needed work. I was diagnosed last December with atrophy of the cerebellum, which was causing balance issues. This probably started years ago, but was becoming more severe. My primary care doctor recommended The Motive for physical therapy. I started PT in January 2025 and just completed the therapy on 25 April. Alfredo was my therapist, and he designed a plan that has improved my balance issues tremendously. Seth (owner) made a great hire in Alfredo. He did a lot of listening, and developed a plan that worked well for me, and addressed my specific needs. I'm really happy that I went to The Motive for my PT.
