I am very impressed by this compounding company. First, I spoke with Cole, who was extremely courteous and helpful. I then received a call from the Pharmacist, Dr. Rinner. My prescription situation is a little complex, however, Dr. Rinner was willing to work with me to fill my script. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Ginger and her staff were absolutely outstanding. She helped me get my Mens health needs squared away, when all else had failed with my insurance and PCP. Ginger went way above and beyond with my present physical challenges. Almost 50, low T, and gaining weight. Not a good place to be stuck in. Ginger was able to refer me to a Dr for the medication support helping me navigate my way around correcting all my defencies.
