Northwest Hospital Wound Care Center

I came to the wound care clinic today to accompany a client for treatment. I have been here multiple times before and have never had any issues. Every nurse I’ve interacted with has always been kind and professional. While we were sitting in the hallway waiting to be called, an older nurse approached us ( she actually don’t have a name on her uniform ) and began asking questions without greeting us. That alone didn’t bother me, but her attitude was very rude and unpleasant for no clear reason. Once we entered the room, her behavior continued. From the beginning, she spoke to me in a demanding and authoritative tone, telling me to do tasks as if I were responsible for her job. Never received a call back from 3 days now called multiple times. Was refused service because they weren't sure " how they would get paid" through workmans comp. Customer service was horrible as well.

Dr. Daniels and the nurses at wound care are professional and very kind. The problem is the front desk staff. For some reason, it is extremely difficult to speak to someone by phone. They never pick up & they never return your call even when you leave a message during business hours. Please hire additional workers or train the staff to find a better way to manage high call volumes.

Dr. Daniels have been treating my mom Joanne for about a year, I called their office for a second opinion after my mom was told by another hospital organization that her leg would have to be amputated below the knee ,and of course that didn't settle right with me and since my mom has been seeing Dr. Daniels she has progressed tremendously as he told her he was the LIMB SAVER not the LIMB TAKER.... The staff are professional and friendly overall i would be elated to give them 5stars...
