My primary experience is with Steve Hock who is always helpful in providing access to areas of interest involving fire protection and life safety systems. As an inspector, these systems are well maintained and always in good working order. I never have to move improperly stored materials that block access to critical equipment. Margaret at the reception was warm and welcoming so well as Michelle who interviewed me on Tuesday 9th December at 10:05 am. I appreciate the nature of discipline emphasize here for both staff and residents only to maintain the calmness.

The care I got here was without a doubt great. A lot of places are lax with care but the helped I received was excellent. Especially the Physical and Occupational Therapy. They got me to reach my goals when I thought I couldn't progress due to my conditions. I am truly greatful to everyone who pushed me and got me ready to go home

Nurse leadership is outstanding! Activities are fun and inviting! Housekeeping keeps the place clean. We are glad to have Hayley ADON back at Patapsco.

As my love one is here there have been good and bad experiences. I have to say honestly that we encounter some good caring staff. Renee an LPN very friendly and passionate about her patients. Chante Barbour Supervisor is very professional and she is on top of her work. Very considerate of all patients and family members. The Physician Assistant Jackie was very nice and helpful in getting my love one the medication he needed. The OT and Pt staff are excellent. The GNA Debra and Jaqunia were very nice and dedicated to helping their patients as well as some others. Ms Margaret is very nice kind and considerate.The only glitch is the weekend and night staff need to be attentive to the patients needs.
