Dr. Ford has been seeing me for years, he's a great Doctor. I recently went in for a check-up, and the assistant Sandya was super cool. Grant wasn't much of a talker, and that's ok, he was an awesome blood taker! Thank you all for making going to the doctors office a pleasant experience.

Firstly, shame on you for not telling patients where Dr. Whitney Hall went. You lied and tried to just absorb all her patients when she moved to Kootenai Health. Secondly, I tried to stay but your office was so uneducated and unorganized it took probably a dozen phone calls and two IN PERSON visits to get my correct MRIs even ordered. And I showed up for my MRI and it was still incorrect!!! It’s not that hard to send referrals in a timely manner andddd correctly. So for everyone else, DR WHITNEY HALL IS AT KOOTENAI FAMILY MED. you should follow her and or establish care with HER. :)

My experience with Northwest family medicine has been extremely unprofessional. The office staff is brash and rude towards me consistently. While I witnessed a pleasant manner toward every female that walks in after my check-in every time. The last physician I saw rolled her eyes while shaking her head in a discussed dissaproving manner over a six month routine medication refill. While bieng told she doesn't personally treat "my type of condition." Then offering a referral which could have been done when I was first looking for a physician there (which I had requested in the beginning years prior). At this point, they have already charged my copay/billed my insurance. Over the past few years, they have switched physicians on me three times. Getting a hold of anyone is nearly impossible.

Dr*s are fine..... But what good is that when their staff doesn't flow through with prescription/pharmacy contacts? I have called the clinic 4 times for help with getting a prescription filled that their clinic Dr had written. The pharmacist has given up.... What was needed was a simple diagnostic code for the pharmacist to fill the prescription. Another prescription took TWO WEEKS to make it to the pharmacy. I was titrating off of a med. By the time the prescription made it to the pharmacy I had self medicated and mostly titrated off it myself. Drs are only as good as their staff..... Saw Whitney Hall back in June and had a horrible experience. I chose to write this later because I have since found a new/wonderful provider and didn’t want any kind of repercussions. I prefaced my visit both to the M.A. and Whitney that I have very severe health anxiety. I was disappointed Whitney didn’t take this into account and showed me pictures/diagrams of how medical issues (sometimes brought on by anxiety and outside of people’s full control) can kill me. I understand physicians have a job to do to educate their patients, but the lack of bedside manner (especially not knowing my full background) was truly disturbing.
