I went in today for a routine dental cleaning and had an amazing experience. They confirmed my appointment ahead of time and even followed up with a call afterward to check how I was feeling—which really shows how much they care, especially since it was just a cleaning. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and took the time to explain everything. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Austin area—especially if you’re nervous about dental visits—this is the place to go. I’d give it a 10/10. Excellent care and a truly positive experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Pham for almost 2 decades now, and even though I live in NYC, I continue to come back to him for my dental care. All of the staff is kind, caring, and always providing exceptional service. I’m grateful to have found such a great dentist!

I had a decent experience here at first—nothing exceptional, but things seemed fine. That quickly changed. I had two root canals done at this office, and from the start, the process was rocky. The impressions for my crowns had to be redone multiple times, which dragged out the treatment. When the crowns finally came in, they were flawed and had to be sent back more than once. One of the crowns failed within a year. It was a porcelain crown placed on a molar, which I later learned is not typically recommended because molars take a lot of force when chewing. That decision alone has cost me significant comfort and a lot of money. I have been coming here for four years. I’ve moved FAR away and I still make the drive for this place. Every single person there genuinely cares. I work a weird schedule and they called me with times available for WEEKS before I had a moment of freedom to go! I got my wisdom teeth removed here a couple years ago too. For that visit I was extra nervous and they genuinely cared for me. I ended up with a painful dry socket (because I didn’t follow their aftercare instructions…) and they fit me in the following morning before they opened. On top of all of this, Dr. Pham himself always calls after visits to check in. Truly amazing team and place. I feel cared for and understood and remembered!

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and now I’m a recent college graduate. I’ve always received incredible care here. I’ve had to have a lot of procedures done, and they are near painless thanks to Dr. Pham. I am very grateful to Northwest Dental, and I intend to keep coming here as long as Dr. Pham is there!
