Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr. Randall has always gone out of her way to assist me with my unique hearing loss. She genuinely cares. And I just got new hearing aids that I absolutely love so far. I highly recommend this business and they are very community focused.

Out of the audiologists that I’ve had, the team at NW Audiology are my favorite! Everyone is so nice and kind, from the receptionists to the doctors and everyone in between. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for hearing care.

I recently had a hearing exam at Northwest Audiology and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The office staff made it super easy to schedule an appointment and then worked diligently to help sort out complicated insurance questions. Dr. Jenci Randall performed my exam, made it a really calm experience (being in a soundproof box can be intimidating for some folks), and thoroughly explained the results and answered all of my (many) questions. I can’t say enough good things about this local business. I highly recommend them for any hearing related services.
