Kittitas Valley Urgent Care

I rarely go to the Dr for ailments. Usually more rest, proper diet and water heals most of the sickness-related things I encounter in life. And when I do go to the Dr it's usually a nauseating and miserable process due to the lack of kindness, professionalism, or personal touch that people desire when they're not feeling well. BUT THIS PLACE was completely different! I genuinely felt cared for and seen by this Urgent Care facility and its incredible staff. If more places were like this one, we would all be feeling much better! Thank you so much for your help and care Kittitas Urgent Care. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I went in on a Monday evening due to randomly becoming lightheaded. I checked my blood pressure and it was 181/119. That's super abnormal, so off to the urgent care I went. Luckily, the parking lot was completely empty and nobody was in the lobby. I had my insurance card, ID and card ready to go. I still had over an hour until they were closed... but I was informed they were "at capacity" and weren't seeing any patients. ...what patients? Curious, I went back to my car and hopped online to see if maybe anyone was in queue to be seen? Nope. Nobody - "0 patients in line". I guess just... don't go to the urgent care if being seen could possibly keep staff from going home early? Or was that just an excuse to get me to go the KVH? If so, why not just say so? I was the last patient of the night. They were so sweet, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. They did not make me feel rushed at all. I felt like the doctor really listened to my symptoms & concerns to come up with a great care plan. Thank you so much for your excellent care

The staff was very helpful. They took care of my illness and made sure for a follow up just incase im not better. 10 out of 10 for me. Way better than rapid "at kvh" who kicked me out because womans health doesn't count as a doctor for me to use that clinic.
