Northwell Health Physician Partners Medicine Specialties at East 85th Street

This is a resident training facility. I have never seen the same doctor twice. I've never ben asked if it is okay to see a resident. Some are good. Some are not. The follow up is terrible. I've been referred for imaging and they mailed out the script. It was the wrong one and when I called back, they said they would mail another. I'm unsure what stone age they are living in where they are unable to email this. Avoid Northwell all together if possible.

This is a poorly run medical practice. The follow up is horrible. I has a blood test which took a month for them to get back to me with the results and suggested a telehealth appointment which used the Northwell Health platform. After downloading the necessary app and following all directions on the link, no one called me. Dr. Neal Gambhr was supposed to make contact but never did nor did I get a phone call to reschedule. Call the office and no one answered (they never do and even the Northwell admin who set this up for me acknowledged that they never pick up the phone). Can't navigate away from the screen and provider never makes contact. Go elsewhere.

Up until now I've had very good experience with Northwell Health practitioners. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Ivanina, she was booked so the office suggested I see her fellow Dr Noah Mahpour and she would pop-in. Scheduled for 2 weeks away at 4pm. The morning of the appointment Dr. Mahpour called and asked if I could come in earlier so I rearranged my schedule to come in at 2:30pm. An hour later, a representative from the office called asking if I could move up my 4 p.m. I explained that the doctor had called asking the same thing and I rescheduled for 2:30. They said great see you then. I arrived at 2:15 so I had time to fill out all the new patient paperwork and be ready by 2:30. Then I sat there in the waiting room for an hour. I checked in with reception twice asking when I

the doctor who seen me dont know what is a appendix. because i had pain on the right side.and she say refill my other medication. she forget to order. before that the girl who take my blood she cannot find my vein . try it for few time and i had to go some were elf to drew my blood

That's Dr Shaw was great service did my Endoscopy and my colonoscopy was excellent service
