Northwell Health Physician Partners Cardiology at Bay Shore

Absolutely horrible with there patient care. Went to the hospital 6 weeks ago and just got “results “ today after I was told they were sitting on Dr zestlers desk for a week and he wouldn’t sign off for them to be released to me. He also forgot to put in for a heart monitor after leaving the hospital and had to wait 3 days for him to sign off on that . Do not recommend

Ran out of heart medicine. Called Northwell Bayshore Cardiology near when they were closing on a Friday evening. They told me they would return my call in 15 minutes. Someone called somewhat later. Sorry I didn’t get his name. He called the druggist and managed to secure The pills I have to take . I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but perhaps whoever helped me will recall a 7:40 call Friday June 20th. Wanted to thank this person who took the time and trouble to help me.

Had a a great experience with Dr. Super as always. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. I’ve been seeing him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Special thanks to the girls up front. They’re all very sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Jen for the Taylor Swift tickets!

Dr.Rose is so wonderful! Very thorough and takes her time. Always makes sure to answer all of your questions and gives personalized answers instead of generalized ones like some doctors.
