Northwell Health Physician Partners at Chelsea North

This review is for the Northwell Health facility only, not for the doctor I saw. What is Northwell thinking with this location? A doctors office in the basement of a building? Not only that, there are hired “security” guards standing outside the building and in front of the interior office entrance. What do you mean I have to give my name to a security guard to enter? Then the check in process…write my name on a clipboard and just hope that someone looks at it to check me in? Are we in the 1990s? The doctor I saw was fine but given the questionable facility and unhelpful front desk I don’t think can return here.

I saw Dr. Chong in Oct 2023 and scheduled an appointment when I left the office for September 6th 2024 since he has a long wait list to see him. (Dr. Chong as a provider is 5 stars). The person who checked me out didn't schedule my appointment. Now I have to wait until February 13, 2025 to see him. Way to drop the ball again Northwell. This has happened with other provider at other locations too. Always make sure you check your Northwell App and take a screenshot of your appointment for when they cancel your appointment or if it doesn't show up, they never scheduled it in the first place.

No one ever answers their phones when you call to make an appointment. Literally ever.
