10 Plus It was late at night, didn't even expect you to be open. I live in Ridge and they close at eight. My son lives in Setauket and he told me he always took his kids there. I walked in completely amazed there was only one patient They were so courteous. What a lovely group even though I felt guilty being there so late. I was amazed that you're open till midnight. I saw Christina Stilwell She came in immediately and was such a lovely woman. Never in my life of 79 years have I been treated so well by her and everyone. Christina stood with me and my son gave me my treatments constantly checked on me. When it comes down to it, your staff is so efficient. Christina was amazing and I don't just say that likely. The PA or the NP we saw was amazing. No issues there but the front desk lady was so rude for no reason. We had a few insurance and ID issues but it was quickly resolved but she was annoyed during the whole process. The place was empty so it’s not like I was holding up a line nor was I being difficult in any way. I ignored it because it’s a Sunday at 10pm she probably had a long day. But after while we were leaving she made a very nasty face and couldn’t contain her excitement to talk shit about us to her colleagues and got up and quickly sat back down because she noticed we didn’t quite leave yet and made sure we left before talking shit. Like at least have the decency to not make it painfully obvious. I’ve never been to this location and most likely never coming back.

I was initially thankful that they agreed to see me 15 minutes before closing. I came in with a very painful and swollen thumb. Explained what happened and was given a tentnas shot. The Dr literally did not even LOOK at my thumb. I asked her why the finger next to it would be hurting also and the reply was "I don't know". Had antibiotics called into the pharmacy. Two days later I went to the emergency room and I've been admitted for three days so far. A very serious infection that had gone into the tendon of my hand. So bad that a culture was done of the pus extracted from my thumb. Now I'm not blaming anyone and I like to think I'm usually realistic, but to take my money (and I paid out of pocket) and rush me along and not even look at my ailment, which I was very clear was excruciatingly

The lady that work at the front desk yesterday 12/27/25 between 3-5pm is very Racist!! I went there for my sprained wrist, checked in and got the text on my phone, I filled out the form online uploaded my ID, insurance card submitted the information and got a email confirmation saying I was checked in.
