Probably one of the best instacare experiences I’ve ever had. I made an appointment and they brought me right into a room, no wait. The medical assistant was incredibly kind and explained everything to me he even was very nice when I nearly vomited on him during a strep test. The PA was also super friendly and explained everything to me, and helped me understand what meditation i needed.

Another excellent experience! The nicest and most helpful, caring PA and assistant and even the receptionist was great and helpful! The PA Amy was excellent! She was kind, caring and very thorough with the care plan and details! Would never go to any other urgent care. They take you on time and really listen to the problem and your concerns and provide excellent care without rushing you. Thank you to Northwell and this excellent team and facility!

I made an appointment and was seen on time. Facility was clean and front desk staff friendly. The PA was very nice, and while at first she wasn’t going to prescribe anything as my issue seemed to be resolving, she actually called me after I had left because she did some research and found a medication she thought might be helpful.

I have agoraphobia, so you know it had to be serious for me to go to urgent care. I made a same-day appointment online and went in for chills, tingling in my legs, and severe malaise. Stefanie (PA) saw me right away and was warm and welcoming despite my obvious anxiety. After hearing my symptoms, she was concerned and recommended I go to the ER instead for more comprehensive evaluation. Since no treatment had been completed, I wasn't charged for the visit—which was incredibly considerate. What truly blew me away was after I left the ER, I saw that I had a voicemail from Stefanie. When I returned her call, she just wanted to make sure everything was okay. That level of genuine care meant the world to me! Very positive experience. After signing up for a slot online, I came in, checked in quickly, and was seen after just a couple minutes in the waiting room. Team was thorough and the on-call who assessed my issue was thorough and accurate. I was referred to a specialist who confirmed the diagnosis that Amy had predicted. I would absolutely return here if the need ever arises and I’m in the area. Thank you all!
