Everything, awesome staff & very thorough & knowledgeable at caring for patients I've been fortunate & blessed my entire life. I'm been a local Long Island musician since I was 13 years old. Also, I was a teacher of Special Education for 30+ years. God has blessed me with 71 glorious years of life. I'm a lover of horses as my name claims and again fortunate to own some nice race horses.

the Doctor on staff 12/29 was very kind, sincere and had great bedside manner as did the PA that came in before her. i checked in, took a couple tests, saw the doctor, got my diagnosis and my scripts sent over all within about 20-30 minutes on a super busy and booked out day for them.

Everyone is so nice and professional especially the PA Dina! Incredible care of my 88 year old mom. Much appreciated! Shariffa is incredible as well!!!

This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The PA was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping us. She wouldn’t even let us finish a sentence. We came in for Ella (which is prescription-only), and she insisted it was “over the counter,” showing a shocking lack of basic medical knowledge. Her attitude was unprofessional, careless, and frankly unsafe. We walked out feeling disrespected and without the care we needed. I would strongly warn others to avoid this place.

On Saturday 11/29/2025 my wife took her 95 year old mother with a bad cough to this facility. It was 4PM, they close at 5PM. She was told to go to Elwood because they were booked and close at 5PM and would not be able to take her. This was after my wife checked her mother in. The staff at this facility are unprofessional and we will never use this place again. I filled a complaint with the BBB and will follow up with Northwell Health and an attorney.
