Went to Lenscrafters while in NY (Walt Whitman Mall). Visiting from NC. It started with a great experience from Dr. Fried in getting my prescription. Then I had the pleasure of working with Rudy who was an amazing consultant. He spent time looking through all the options for prescription frames and sunglasses. He was honest about what looked good and did not. Left there with 3 frames and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rudy and Leslie. From the moment I walked in, both of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Rudy took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Leslie was just as wonderful — attentive, kind, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and they truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Lens Crafters in the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington Station is a great place to get the latest, high quality frames & high quality service! We have been customers for years & everyone is always so nice. They have a great selection of frames, sunglasses & lenses for everyone. They don't mind if you have a frame you love & just want to put in new lenses either! Rudy helped us today and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, friendly, attentive & very funny! Made our experience even better! We highly recommend coming here for all your eye wear needs!!

I had a new patient eye exam at Walt Whitman LensCrafters with Dr. Picchione and could not be happier with my experience. I was seen as soon as I arrived, the staff was very timely and courteous, exam rooms and store were spotless, and the Dr was able to answer any questions I had. Afterwards, I was introduced to Rudy to assist me in picking the right frames/lenses and I am so glad I was! Rudy is beyond informative, caring, and so funny! I am actually looking forward to my next visit haha

When I walked into Lens Crafters, Elizabeth was so kind and friendly. She welcomed me with open arms and repaired my glasses within minutes, without an appointment!! I highly recommend!
