Haven’t had a better experience at a pharmacy thus far. They delivered everything on time and explained everything super simply. I highly recommend them to all my friends in the Nassau county area.

Honestly the best pharmacy around. The service is always fast, friendly, and reliable. I also want to add that Hilda (yes, I remember her name perfectly) is amazing, super kind, helpful, and professional. She makes every visit easy. She gave me a bag, a pencil, chapstick, and hand sanitizer. 10/10.

Called back the store today after a very disappointing phone call about the status of my medication yesterday. We’ve spoke about the medication miscommunication, no one can be 100% perfect, we are all human and that means also understanding their point of view. They apologized on the phone and were very appreciative of me being one of their clients and I would always be grateful for their ability to explain and be openly transparent and kind. That’s rare even in any sector with customer service so applaud for them. There was a miscommunication and mishap between the driver and the pharmacy and a mix up occurred. Family Care Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! The entire staff is professional, helpful, and truly cares about their patients. Every time I call or need assistance, they go out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. A huge shout-out to Michael, who is absolutely incredible! He answered my call as early as 7am, made sure everything I needed was taken care of, and ensured my medication was delivered quickly.
