I give them a 10. Blew away Danbury ER. I had the most horrific experience at Danbury ER recently. Total neglect. However, my experience at this new Urgent Care was great. The staff were professional, caring, thorough, and timely. Took such good care of me. I am so happy and grateful for this place. I highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve had unpleasant experiences at previous urgent cares, however this urgent care is worlds better than any one i’ve been too! The front desk staff was very kind and checked me in very quickly. My appointment was at 8:30am, they were able to take me early because I was the only one there. The nurse that did vitals and the various tests I needed done was SO kind and explained everything. The doctor came in shortly after, explained the test results and what treatments I should be following. The entire office is extremely clean and the staff are exceptionally nice. I hope I never have to go back to an urgent care but if I did it would be this one without a doubt!

I had a great experience at GoHealth in Danbury. I brought my daughters in for flu shots and everybody there was super nice. The girl at the front desk was so helpful with getting them in the system. It didn’t take long to be taken in. The girls that brought us back were so gentle and sweet to my children. Thank you❤️

0 Stars This was the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I went in person and clearly explained which pharmacy I would be using to pick up my medication. Despite this, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, located about 30 miles away from my home. When I asked them to correct the location, they failed to cancel the original prescription. Because of this mistake, the pharmacy system showed that I had already “picked up” the medication, making it impossible for me to receive it elsewhere. I ended up driving to four different pharmacies, only to be told the same thing every time. I called the clinic approximately seven times asking them to cancel the original prescription and confirm the correct pharmacy, but no one took responsibility. Instead, the blame was constantly
