I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. When I arrived, I was told that my insurance was not active, even though I showed clear proof that it was. The staff member at the front desk was unprofessional and even laughed at me while insisting my coverage was inactive. He did not understand basic insurance information, including the difference between an effective date and an expiration date. Even after presenting valid documentation, they still refused to treat me unless I paid out of pocket and sought reimbursement on my own. I left and went to CityMD, where my insurance was immediately verified with no issues at all. The difference in professionalism was night and day. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking respectful and competent care.

I had the best experience at this urgent care. From the woman who checked me in, to the nurse who took my vitals, and the doctor that helped with my ailment, , they were ALL awesome! Very PROMPT, PERSONABLE and PROFESSIONAL. It is the only urgent care I will ever go to. Im feeling so much better too, thanks to ALL of them

Doctors are great. Front desk staff is absolutely horrible. Looks miserable sitting there. Looks annoyed when you ask her a question and can’t even hear her response she talks so low with the mask on. People are coming in here sick and bringing their kids! No one wants to be in an urgent care!!!! But be polite to the patient this isn’t fun for us either and as for parents bringing our sick kids!

the doctor here walked in, told me my rib was fractured, and walked right out. no instructions on what to do + what not to do whatsoever. the nurses were nice but the doctors here are absolute trash. highly recommend not coming here.

I am completely discouraged about returning to this walk-in center. It turns out I made an appointment (last week) at midnight for the next day, on the menu they gave me to choose from for the reasons I was going the closest option was, a "rash" there was no "scalp burn", so I selected "rash", when the PA arrived, I explained to her that the day before I went to the beauty salon and they burned my scalp, that I needed cream or something for the burn, she examined my scalp and told me that it was "impossible for my scalp to be burned", that what I had was "psoriasis" because I had "rashes" on both sides of my scalp, that if I only had it on one side of my scalp it would have been "shingles", I told her again what had happened and again she denied that my scalp had been burned by the hair bl
