Northwell Health Concorde Pediatrics at Madison Avenue

Have been going here since I had my first child, so about to be 11 years. We have never had a bad experience. I can always get an appointment when needed and every single staff member I have came across has been friendly and gave great service. Dr Zou is very knowledgeable, efficient and nice. She goes above and beyond to put kids and worried parents at ease. Highly recommended for new parents, shy kids and kids who don’t like going to the doc or hate shots.

Only great things to say. From our first newborn visit to every well and sick visit since, the entire practice has been caring, patient, empathetic, and had a great sense of humor. Every nurse we've worked with has been awesome and the front office staff is incredibly helpful. Really can't say enough great things about everyone at this practice.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care our children receive from Dr Roure, Dr Zou, Annya, Emma, Delmy - the whole team! Experienced, thorough and genuinely warm bedside manner. Wait times are little to none. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Pediatrics East have taken care of my children since birth beginning in 2011. All of the staff are professional and very friendly. Dr.Erin Cahill is especially brilliant as the newest member of staff she has been wonderful with both my children and recognized signs of a chronic illness at the very early stages. It is a wonderful practice with caring, professional doctors and amazing staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Dr. Cahill is amazing. Attentive, thorough, and sweet. Emma and Anya at the front desk are great as well. The office is clean, wait time is little to nothing, and we always have a good experience. I’m also able to reach them on the phone easily whether to schedule an appointment or ask a question which I find very important in a pediatrician. Highly recommend!
