Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital

If you have something complex going on, as others have noted, please go elsewhere. I showed up and they ran many routine tests on me. When I explained my medical history and the specific procedure I likely needed they told me they would need the opinion of a specialist and discharged me. I made an appointment with the specialist, but had to go to the Weil Cornell ER a few days after. They immediately had a specialist come down to see me and made sure I had all necessary imaging done for a likely surgery. Because of Northwell, my care has been delayed nearly a week, for an extremely painful and urgent condition. Everyone was very kind and the facilities were quiet and in great condition, but they were not capable of giving the care I needed.

Anxious I ran to where the ambulance was and someone directed me to go around the corner when I got there I was told there were no restrooms in that area and directed me back to the emergency entrance. I am so thankful for Dr. Max and RN Belinda. They were absolutely amazing during my ER visit. They were both so gentle, calming, and compassionate…they turned what was a really scary and painful experience into something that felt safe and comforting. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for how much they helped me.

This is one of the most efficient and friendly hospital I've ever been too. They treat you with care and you don't have to be their all day to get treated. Best hospital in Manhattan.

I’ve been here three times and every time the staff and emergency room have been wonderful. Dr. Diamond and Dr. Long are both great and super helpful. I tore my Achilles and they both did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. This is the only hospital I trust and love in the city.
