Worked with caseworker Tiana Kubilis, she was a rockstar . Probably the friendliest and thurough caseworker we have EVER have dealt with and there has been a few. They definitely are a great help with our needs and anything they can do for you when possible. They will definitely, thank God for Tiana and the people at area agency on aging. go the extra mile

My experience with Mary B.,Apprise Coordinator with the agency was wonderful. Her dedication and care was remarkable. Her wealth of knowledge was priceless in taking care of my situation and I will be forever grateful to her. Unfortunately, Mary retired and her position has yet to be filled by capable hands. I have been told they are searching for an Apprise Coordinator and hopefully they will find someone who can do even half the job Mary did. The people at the agency are friendly and do offer help where they can. However, Mary made you feel important and took care of you with no thought to how much time you might need. As "Seniors", this kind of care and time is what we are all looking for.

For some reason a neighbor of my mother called this agency about her feeding the neighborhood cats. What reason on earth this agency would feel the need to respond to such a call is beyond me? But I m willing to find out!

All the people here are very helpful I'm actually go up for the VA part of it and between Ryan and Anthony they both have helped me very much looking into benefits for me and also survivor benefits for my mom I think they go above and beyond and they seem to really care about veterans and their spouses all right I went there instead of some other Outside Agency they have answered all my questions and are working very hard to get my my application processed haven't used any other part of the building yet but might in the future
