Northside Urgent Care - Woodstock

Just had a great first time experience at this facility. I was suffering from a couple of painful splinters in my index finger. I decided to walk in to this clinic instead of trying to get an appointment with my PCP in the same building. The signing in was quick, pleasant and efficient. The nurse practitioner Angela soaked my hand and removed the foreign bodies gently and quickly. I was very impressed with the care I received. I highly recommend this practice.

Visited here today after a horrible experience at another urgent care over the weekend. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. They treated me like an actual patient not just a number. Very grateful they were able to assist me so I can get back to feeling better soon. Would recommend them for the future. Thank you!

In November I came in for the first time. The very young and seemingly unprofessional dr in training, yet alone with me. Didn't take all my vitals. And quickly said "most people are coming in with a sinus infection, so we'll treat that" I ultimately had to go to minute clinic days later to see a good professional Dr. This visit was a waist of my time and the young woman should spend more time on patients and not rush, it was a horrible feeling. Edit: I'm now receiving a letter from my insurance stating that my visit was a result of workers comp. Trying to take care of that now.

I have been to this specific urgent care on 2 separate occasions. First time was in 2022, needed a steroid shot to help with symptoms of English Ivy exposure to the skin (highly allergic). Second time was today. I had stiches that needed to come out that were done a week prior at the ER. I was there for a total of 20 mins including filling out forms. Front desk person was courteous and friendly. The NP that removed my stitches was great as well. Overall awesome experience. There are a total of 3 urgent care clinics (including this one) within a couple miles of my home, and this will be my go to from now on!

I experienced an extraordinary visit to this clinic today. The staff was amazing. I was seen very quickly and my details were processed very efficiently. Dr Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and asked all the right questions to determine my issues. Great bedside manner as well. Thank you guys for a painless and very fast visit!
