The staff were very kind, understanding, compassionate, and human. I've an intense phobia of the dentist, and so hadn't been in years. They carefully reviewed my pre-appointment paperwork, discussed it with me, and were willing to work extensively with me around my fear. I never once felt like I was being reprimanded, looked down on, or ignored. Tiffany was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job. I'm still scared to go back, but I was able to schedule my 6 month cleaning without panicking and I look forward to chatting with Tiffany again.
