He’s become focused more on being a Social Media, Podcast and Convention Doctor rather than staying true to and primarily focused on treating actual patients. Before thinking about becoming his patient & having him as your precious child’s pediatrician, despite his wisdom..Just know that in a serious emergency situation or if your child needs surgery or procedure ..your emails won’t get responses until 2-3 months later, calls will not be promptly returned and answered even while hospitalized or in the emergency room. It’s a constant ongoing issue. Barely any messages get passed along properly especially when Palvesky is traveling regularly for social media events now. His philosophy is what initially gave me hope during a very complex medical journey. We were desperate to have medical support for our family when we didn’t have anywhere else to turn that we could truly trust until we came across Children’s Health Defense. Even traveled far just to be there. Unfortunately, over several years, the actual delivery of care through this practice has been inconsistent and increasingly difficult. Dr. Francesca Farinacci is amazing! She’s my daughter’s pediatrician and my wife and I are extremely fortunate to have her. She’s thorough, knowledgeable and most of all a caring and compassionateI human being. I’m a health care practitioner myself and can say with 100% certainty the health and well being of her patients is her top priority. And in addition to being a great physician, her demeanor and bedside manner with kids is fantastic. My daughter actually looks forward to her doctor’s visits! I highly recommend her!
