So 2 techs came here to cut my cat's nails for $220. They tried and my cat was very scared as always and hid. Also throwing the blanket on her only scared her more! They only could do one back paw. Why didn't they start with the front paws? Now I'm stuck with the same problem. They are crazy long still. Starting with the back paw was worthless. The one girl's only concern was rushing back to the office and also made a comment that my cat hasn't had a recent rabies shot! She did at your place. My indoor cat does not have rabies! I had to pay $220 for nothing. I shouldn't have paid. So now what do I do? I am stuck with the same problem after wasting $220. Thanks a lot! Money, money, money, right? Big disappointment! I will never take any of my pets there again. I will try to make a long story short. I have been using them and they have always been nice. One of my dogs had given birth. Unfortunately, she’s not even a year old. I did not know she was pregnant until she was noticeable. I never had an animal that had pups. This is my first time. The girls at the front desk have been very nice answering questions that I had when my dog gave birth.. I know they are very busy and I needed more answers Answeredso I decided to come in and speak to one of the doctors for literally 10 minutes tops. I just needed to know two questions and the girls are very busy at the front desk. I did not need to go into a room. I just needed to have two questions answered. We’re long term customers and have always been happy with the care and treatment of our pets. Today we had to say goodbye to our almost 16 year old Boxer. Everyone at NVH treated us and our dog with kindness and compassion. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

I couldn't be any happier with my experience at North Shore Veterinary Hospital. I'll explain why. Here's my story: My 70 pound pitbull named Muggzie got into the trash and ate grapes. Little did I know grapes are very toxic for dogs and my dog was suffering from food poisoning and dehydration. She was throwing up all over, diarrhea with blood in it and laying on the ground to the point were I thought she was giving up on life. Of course I google searched what she ate and many people said that it can potentially be fatal because it can cause kidney failure. I took her to an emergency place on Long Island at about midnight. Little did I know, I felt like I was on a reality TV show (deal or no deal). The staff comes out with a piece of paperwork that was several thousand dollars for the se

All the Drs here are great and really take the time to take great care of my pup. He has been suffering from the worst allergies and i have been to multiple vets and was only ever offered allergy shots and cytopoint injections.. which helped but not nearly as much as it should have. It really only masked my pups symptoms and did not fully take them away. Dr. Justin took time with my pup and i and answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained them in ways i was able to understand. My Archie is finally looking like a normal pup again after Dr. Justin prescribed us some new meds and prescription diet. The before and after says it all!!!
