Park Avenue Physical Therapy & Wellness - Northport

I’ve been going to Park Avenue Physical Therapy & Wellness, formerly known as Team Rehab, in Fort Salonga for both post-surgery recovery after my meniscus repair and to build strength in my arthritic knees. I highly recommend this location. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful, creating a positive and supportive environment. The physical therapist, Chris, is exceptionally skilled and has an excellent demeanor - calm, attentive, and consistently pleasant. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making the 45 minutes to one hour of therapy an experience I genuinely look forward to. It’s easy to schedule appointments, and I always leave feeling stronger and encouraged.

I am heading out for a week long backpacking trip with my daughters BSA troop. To prepare knew I had to regain strength I lost from a past injury. Aaron and Chris assessed my needs and developed a program for me to to work in a relatively short time I am much more confident ahead of my trip that I will have the arm and shoulder strength to pull this off.
