Northgate Family Dentistry

I've been a loyal customer for many years at Northgate dentistry. I arrived at my appointment early in hopes they could get me through a little sooner. I explained to the lady at the front desk that I was going out of town. After a hour and fifteen minutes, I told them I needed to reschedule. Seemed to me that they didn't care about my plans. I've always been a loyal customer and been on time for all of my appointments. There was only one car in the parking lot. Seemed to me like they had a careless attitude 😢

The whole group at this office is absolutely amazing! They are all nice they help you at any given time you need help, they go above and beyond with making sure you are taken care of. I’ve only been with them for a year but their name says it all. They treat you like family and they take care of you. Dr. Sims will make you feel comfortable and explain to you in depth what he’s doing and why you need it, what most other dentists don’t do. If you feel like all dentists want is money and to just do work that’s unnecessary at the time being, they will not treat you like that here. I highly suggest this company 🤍

I can not stress enough the wonderful care I receive from Dr Sims and his staff! They are professional as well as making you feel comfortable. The office is run in a well organized manner. Dr Sims spends time with me and explains exactly what he is doing during the procedure/exam. If you are looking for a dentist who is excellent in his profession and who really cares about you I recommend Dr Sims.

I absolutely love having Dr. Sims as my dentist. His staff is so wonderful! They all greet you with a smile and make sure you’re well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Sims as your dentist.

Speaking from the standpoint of having always been a very nervous dental patient I was pleasantly surprised with Northgate Family Dentistry! Dr. Sims was absolutely by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He made the experience great. Dr. Sims was a very caring dentist who realized I was nervous and he and his staff worked very hard for my dental visit to be a positive one. It was! I had an ongoing issue with a tooth that had been causing a lot of pain. Dr. Sims worked very diligently and with ease to relieve my pain. Northgate Family Dentistry was great! Kudos to Dr. Sims and the staff. I appreciate the care, professionalism, and smiles!
