AFC Urgent Care Hixson TN

NP Joy-- Who attended me, talked down to me with an irritatble tone. After i turned down the flu, covid, strep tests--reason being due to my younger 2 kids and wife had already been seen this week at fast pace of dayton for bronchitis/upper respiratory infection... she stated well I cant treat you if I don't test you, so I stated well run what tests you need so I can be treated please. she is the only health care provider I would have the JOY of never having to treat my illness again especially after she told me she went to school for 13 years her field....its 13 years of med school to become a practicing brain surgeon fyi I then went on to inform her that I have had covid 3 times if there was some wheezing. Dr Hughes and her staff were excellent! Dr Hughes was very attentive, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. 2 days later and I feel so much better! Thanks you Dr Hughes! AFC Urgent Care in Hixson is our go-to place for efficient, high quality care!

From the front office staff to the nursing staff to the doctor we seen at the time of our visit.. we received the absolute best care!! Thankful the doctor took the time to actually talk to us and explain in detail! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Scheduling to do preregistration so nice, I especially enjoy less wait time in any waiting room with sick people who may be contagious. (Was seen for the start of shingles) It makes check in easy bc I do my paperwork before arriving. The staff is always friendly and provide great care. I think this was the first time in Joy’s care and she was very kind and pleasant:)

I tried to get in with my GP and they couldn’t see me until after Thanksgiving so I took and came to your office on the referral from the person at my doctors office! She had come in a few days before! I was seen within 20 minutes. The staff was absolutely awesome. Friendly,  competent and put me at ease about everything that was going on. From the helpful lady at Check in to Kimberly? I believe that was thename of the tech that took me back and got me started and then did my x-rays. She was so great. Then  I saw Dr. Hughes. I absolutely can’t say enough about her. She was amazing and so friendly. I would rate all of your staff as high as I could .More than 100% if it was possible 🙂 I will certainly come back again. Thank you all so much.
