I have had an exceptional experience here. Robbi is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I can hear better than I probably ever have. She worked to get hearing aids that were affordable and has exceeded what I expected to get from this experience. I previously tried otc hearing aids without much success. I was seen quickly after arrival & finishing paperwork. Robbi did a thorough background of the hearing issues I’ve had & then performed detailed testing. I appreciated her explanations & help. I’ll likely be following up, but need to see an ENT first.

Outstanding staff. I moved to Soddy Daisy, TN in 2017 just before a need to replace my first set of Hearing Aids. Their support for my hearing health has been outstanding. I am now in the process of purchasing a new pair. After shopping around a few other options Audible had the best price and more importantly the best service. Their quarterly maintenance plan includes checking your ears with a scope, which you can watch on a display, removing ear wax build up. Hearing aids are serviced, tested, cleaned and replacing wax guards and mic covers. Adjust hearing aids if needed. Hearing test if needed. Also includes batteries and other supplies. This service is free during warranty period. After that you pay a modest annual fee. In addition to the quarterly appointments any additional appointme
