I've had type I diabetes for 23 years, and Dr. Suzanne Rogacz is, by far, one of the best medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her accolades are many, and they shine through in each of our visits. It seems she knows just about everything there is when it comes to how our endocrinology systems work. I've asked her offhand questions regarding my glucose levels (and how wonky they can get), and she has always had an explanation or solution for me that works. I swear, the woman was in the room when the deep magic of endocrinology was written; she's seen and treated it all. I can trust Dr. Rogacz and her team with my life (literally). I had such a negative experience trying to schedule a new patient appointment here that I decided not to move forward. The front desk staff member I spoke with was unhelpful, condescending, and outright rude. No matter how skilled the doctors may be, a practice is only as good as the first impression it makes—and this one was terrible. I chose another endocrinologist in the area, and the difference was night and day: professional, courteous, and welcoming from start to finish.

I was desperate while pregnant with hypothyroidism and had to get in quick. I saw the bad reviews but I needed meds quickly. The front office/schedulers are AWFUL. Communication is nonexistent. My doctor left the practice and I got zero notice. I went to schedule with her for a virtual appointment and they wanted me to come in to meet the doctor. The appointments are 15 minute long and you are on a conveyor belt of appointments. No one cares about you, they just want your money. When it was virtual I didn’t really care, needed my levels and meds that’s it, but to make me come in when you didn’t tell me my doctor left for an appointment where I know you won’t listen, won’t care, and do the bare minimum is just annoying. I have been attending this practice for several year now. They are so incredibly efficient, but also take the time to hear/address all your concerns. They are able to do labs in house and I am often called even on the weekend with the results. Their online portal is amazing, very easy to function in and you are able to send messages via it. Very happy client and will returning for the foreseeable future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Langley for several years. Today, I called his office to schedule an appointment, but I encountered extreme rudeness from the person at the front desk. When I addressed her behavior, she hung up the phone on me. Dr. Langley is very polite, so it's unfortunate that the poor customer service from the front desk tarnishes the reputation of his office.
