Everyone was wonderful to me from being screened a week beforehand to the very vibrant young lady with her hair pulled back too tight whose name I didn’t get to signing in at 5:30 in the morning for preop check-in and Kristen was just as lively and bouncy as if it were 10 in the morning. Totally delightful experience. The anesthesiologist came and introduced himself explained the process, The doctor came in and assured me that he was there and going to do the operationand Thenbefore you know it I was wheeled into The operating Room andthe anesthesiologist put a mask on my face and I breathed in some really nice spelling stuff. and then next thing I knew I was back in recovery. There was a brand new operating system so it took 30 mins to check-in. They woman was perfectly lovely, but that's a long time. Then after waiting in the CT waiting room for some time no one came to the window. When another patient arrived they responded to the bell however. They took her paperwork and I asked if he wantedine too. He rolled his eyes and said fine. The woman that came after me told me her appointment was at 2pm. Mine was at 1:30pm. She was taken first. When I was left there for another 30 mins I rang the bell until someone responded. This gentleman was polite, nice and didn't give me dirty looks like the 1st one had. He went to see how much longer I would be waiting. This was after 2pm now. He said it would be 5-10 mins and they told him my appointment was at 2pm. I checked

Everyone was lovely and professional and really eased my nerves right out the gate. This was my first ever surgery and I was a tiddly bit nervous going in so to feel so listened to and taken care of, while in a very efficient and tidy hospital, was such a blessing. Sara, Matt, Mitchell, Eric, Chris, and cool-cat Dr. Juell are top notch. Deeply grateful for our beautiful State for having Nevada Medicaid to support in the healing and strengthening of my body. I was seen immediately upon arrival. I waited 5 hours before receiving a breathing treatment. I was told there was a faint shadow on my lung x-ray and without antibiotics it would become pneumonia. He said I needed a nebulizer and an inhaler. When I picked up my prescriptions on Saturday there was no inhaler ordered for me. My breathing was still labored. There was no way I was going back to the ER. They were extremely busy. All staff was pleasant and kind. I can understand why there was no nebulizer, but no inhaler prescription???? See attached photos. Imagine my surprise to see my diagnosis as Acute pneumonia. I had quit smoking 2 days prior to going to the ER.

I needed an EKG and the nurse completed the test and the doctors had the results fast, and they were so friendly. The entire staff, from front desk to everyone else is helpful and professional. I always go there for all my doctor’s testing requests and a couple of ER visits too!
