Northern Light Pharmacy

The pharmacist was great and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated, especially when I had questions on a new medication. The lady who cashed me out at the register was nice, friendly, and was thorough with making sure she got my information correct & updated in the system. Thank you for making my visit easy, I appreciate it!

I don’t know what has happened to northern light pharmacy. Staff are so unfriendly now, they look absolutely dead inside. It’s not just the people in customer service, major RBF from the staff in the back like you bothered them just by walking in. There is also suddenly a consistent issue with them not filling or ordering medications. Multiple incidents of my doctors calling in meds to show up two days later and they couldn’t even be bothered to place an order. Not “waiting for delivery to store” “finishing it up” “waiting on a prior authorization”. Just decided apparently not to even touch it. My doctor isn’t sending prescriptions over to the pharmacy as a suggestion. I should not be giving staff over 48 hours to fill scripts only to show up and they haven’t even started working on it.

They staff seem to have improved and/or changed since they moved to the new location. The new location is clean. The drive thru is a bit intimidating because once you are in it you cannot get out until you are thru the line, so just be sure you have time to wait in case someone holds up the line.

Extremely disrespectful and very horrible communication talking down to patients and telling what they are and are not taking a medication for even though the patient knows why they are taking something. Also lying about having a prescription when the patient knows it was sent days before and has my chart showing that it was sent and they recieved it. Now the patient will suffer and hopefully not end up in the hospital due to this.

Never receives medications that were sent to them, then argued they don't have anything for you. Their system is totally messed up, and they are not worth going to just like the hospital. The manager Nick tries to tell you your wrong about everything. All garbage people with garbage responses that do nothing for you.
