Hammond Street Dental Care

Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever gone to. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant, I wish i'de known about them sooner. My daughter goes there as well and she is very happy with her care. Dr Whitley is very gentle and patient.

My first visit to Hammond Street Dental was, hands-down, the best experience I've had at a dentist's office as an adult. I went in on a Saturday at noon, and the practice was busy. However, my appointment started right on time. Laura, the dental hygienist, immediately put me at ease with her affable personality. She encouraged me to ask questions at any time. I spoke with her about a couple of concerns I had and information I sought and she took time to walk me through my options and demonstrated that she had my best interests at heart (by recommending cost-saving measures). So far, I am very happy with this practice. They had some big shoes to fill since I came to them after losing my former beloved dentist and friend to cancer. My new hygienist, Laura, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The dentist himself was very easy to talk to and understood that I would need to consider multiple options regarding dental repairs. Overall, I am very grateful that I was able to get in to this practice and have every reason to expect that it will be a great fit.

I was planning on switching dental care from a chain clinic I wasn't happy with...and Friday before Memorial Day (naturally), I chipped my front tooth pretty badly. I heard good things about Hammond Street Dental and called to see when the earliest they could see me. The very nice receptionist got me right in the next day (Saturday! SATURDAY, mind you!) to my surprise. I wasn't even a patient yet! I was so grateful I didn't have to spend a holiday weekend suffering. Dr. Whiteley fixed my tooth in no time and it looked better than before! (I secretly wanted him to work his artistry on my other teeth. Lol.) I travel a good distance to get my dental care from Dr. Whiteley. Before I had Dental insurance this office worked with me to schedule work around my budget. I recently finished up a fair amount of work, and with every visit I have been impressed with the professional, prompt, and friendly staff at Hammond Street Dental. Impressive attention to detail has been considered with every aspect of what makes a dental visit as stress free as possible!
