Downeast Oral Surgery

I have had many traumatic dental experiences. They made what could have been traumatic a good experience. The surgery needed to be done and they were compassionate, caring and very kind. They told me what they were doing as they did it. They gave me a squeeze ball which helped to squeeze. They had a little bird feeding station and seeing the birds was calming. Dr Aldridge was wonderful, I really appreciated his professional, compassionate nature. He gave his cell number in case I needed anything and it was a good thing he did because we ended up with vehicle troubles and I wasn't able to get my scripts. I called him and told him he told me what I could take and then even though it was nighttime he went back to the office to electronically send the scripts to a pharmacy closer to where I li

Everyone at this practice is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Aldridge always does an excellent job, makes sure the patient is comfortable, and is informed about the procedure. He is proficient and stands by his work. I am happy to give him my highest recommendation.

This surgeon and his staff are the best! My 88 year old father in law has dementia. They know he loves “ amazing grace.” They cued it up on their overhead speakers and sang it to him to help him through the needles. It was amazing!!!

Dr. Eldridge’s team are exceptional! From the warm greeting you receive as you walk into the lobby, to the care you receive from the nurses, techs and Doc himself! Extremely thorough and open for any questions to put you at ease. Dr. Eldridge is amazing with his follow up check ins to be sure everything is healing properly and pain levels are minimum if any at all. I highly recommend him!
