I have never experienced as much incompetence as I have with NL billing department. They refuse to properly bill my insurance with the CORRECT DSM code and are SEVERELY overcharging me for appointments that should only cost $45 EACH. My insurance has been trying to get them to bill correctly as well. We have been fighting with them since September and instead of communicating with me or my insurance company, they just sent the bills to collections. I have no problem paying the bill when it is billed correctly but overcharging me HUNDREDS of dollars for each appointment is unacceptable and clearly I will need to bring my lawyer into this mess. Before my PCP came to NL, they were at PCHC and billing went flawlessly. My appointments were coded and billed perfectly and my copay was correct. P

Safe yourself the pain and seek care somewhere else. Literally anywhere else would be better. Avoid at all costs if you suffer from anxiety or have autism. They are untrained and unequipped and you will suffer. Watched other patients with serious medical issues sit for hours with not as much as a nurse checking up on them. Attempted to give me medications that didn't even make sense. Filthy, unclean feeling all throughout the hospital. Staff seemed very unorganized and had to ask repeatedly for medications the doctor ordered that they admitted they "forgot about."

Was told multiple times by the healthcare professionals that my procedure would not cost me anything, and had I known it would I would have gone to another hospital. Got hit with a $5,240 bill, hospital billing staff was absolutely no help. The staff after surgery were rude and short. Post op care was lacking in just about every way. After having surgery I was allowed told to walk out, no help in a wheelchair, just rude and inconsiderate care. I would avoid this hospital unless your life absolutely depended on it. If I could do it all again, I would risk going to a further away facility with better care and policy. Poor care, poor customer service, misleading about cost.

My daughter has had a leg amputation here and the doctors and nurses have taken such wonderful care of her and she is healing up incredibly well. The CNA’s are outstanding, the cafe staff and even the housekeepers are all nice! Everyone is friendly and helpful, even asking me if I need anything. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication the medical team exhibits. I’m so thankful and relieved to see her needs being met and that she is very well taken care of. It’s made a traumatic situation that much more bearable.

I went in due to kidney stones, well at the time I was unsure, the pain was so severe I couldn't sit still, I was vomiting, and couldn't think about anything else. When I arrived the paramedics informed the nurse I have IBS, while I was sitting on the ER bed I overheard her say something along the lines of people with IBS overreacting and that "We are going to be hearing him groaning and screaming all night." Ive never had a kidney stone, so I was worried perhaps my appendix burst or something because the pain was beyond anything I have ever felt. For 3 hours no one addressed the pain, I puked and writhed on that bed without aid. Finally they gave me something but it didnt aid the pain just made me drowsy, they brought me to the mri where they discovered I had a kidney stone and it seems o
