Dr. Jenn is wonderful! I was in pain and she took me in as a new patient and stayed late on Friday to help me. Immediately she took an x-ray and diagnosed my issue. She treated me with massage, table manipulation, electric stimulation and taping, all in that hour. She suggested home therapies including exercises, a perfect over-the-counter medication, ice and gave me a stim device to use at home. The team at NorthEast in Lincroft is clearly "off the charts". An extremely positive energy environment starts when you walk through the door and are greeted by Ashley who seamlessly manages your experience from soup to nuts. Having spent a bit too much time on a Rugby field over the years I came to Northeast just over a year ago with both back and shoulder issues. Fantastic practice and wonderful staff. Super accommodating and knowledgeable - and they get results. They do a great job of making new and existing patients feel welcome and genuinely excited to go. Ashley is super helpful, MJ & Alex are great and super sweet - they’ll listen to your stupid stories and not ruin books for you even when you swore you’d finish them months ago. I’ve been coming to the Lincroft location for a few months now & I have had the best experience. Ashley at the front desk is so patient & friendly, always smiling. Alex Ragusa who is my PT has gone above & beyond to help ease my pain, she pushes me to recover from my injury and is always there to walk me through each step! She is the best! The staff Amanda, Kevin & MJ are always hands on & step in to help all the time. I’ve always been apprehensive to see a Chiro but Dr Jenn was patient with me & makes me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

LINCROFT NORTHEAST has brought me back to 100% wellness after my hip replacement. When I walked in to the Swimming River Road location , I was greeted by the best smile of ASHLEY. I felt immediately that this staff was going to care about me. I did not realize how severe a hip replacement was . DR Alex and Dr Dennis were very straightforward about precautions and I knew that these doctors cared about my recovery. All of the staff were patient with me and extremely attentive .
