I’m giving two stars only because the staff and hygienist were amazing. However, my last visit to this dentist was in 2023, and for good reason—I never went back after that experience. During my appointment, she handed me a $25,000 quote and then proceeded to yell at me in the middle of her office, exclaiming, “It’s your health! Why wouldn’t you pay for your health?!” Even her hygienist looked shocked. I had come in for a simple cleaning, yet she made me feel like my mouth was on the brink of disaster if I didn’t agree to the extensive treatment. As I was checking out, while she was with another patient, she loudly instructed her secretary, “Joelle, make sure Vivian books an appointment! Referral when I moved here, I hit the lottery! Excellent upbeat positive team, contagious energy, outstanding service, hygenist is the world’s best. My cheeks hurt from smiling when done. The team is reflective of Dr. DeForte…she cares and it shows!

I just started coming to this dentist office with Dr. Deforte and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I had a root canal done today and Dr. Deforte and her team made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire procedure. The front desk is so sweet and I am glad that I am one of Dr. Deforte’s patients because she really cares!
