Lincroft Oral Surgery

Dr. Frattellone is the best. I am so pleased with my care. He was very great at explaining and walking me through the procedure so i was comfortable before we started. And i have experienced no pain.

July is always a nice month, but facing oral surgery can raise anxiety. John and his team were well organized, efficient and effective, The results are in and we are moving forward and feeling great. Their team is a good choice.

My 90-year-old mother came to the office for an evaluation related to TMJ. Yes 90 highly educated retired nurse. They told her that they call her in a week to follow up. They didn’t unfortunately she just ended up in the emergency room with a swollen jaw to this TMJ there we go another doctor that disregarded her because she’s elderly, shame on them

Dr Frattelone is fine, but the staff is very unaccommodating. If you use their Lincroft office, they "do not accept insurance" and will make little effort to help you submit for reimbursement. They are rude and do not return phone calls for support. Expect to spend a lot on your treatment and not get a penny back because they won't fill out any forms for you or give you the information you need for insurance. I want to add that after this initial post, as a result of my repeated complaints, my husband was contacted by the office manager, Shari, who finally helped to give us the information we needed. I would suggest that Shari give both Linda and Vicki lessons in customer service, because they are severely lacking. If you have an insurance issue - make sure you speak to Shari for it!

I would NOT recommend this office. The dr was unprofessional and unconcerning to why i was there to begin with. He had no concern about the broken tooth causing me moderately severe pain that i wanted removed or taken care of. His main concern was about removing my wisdom teeth, which give me no problems at all, bc the insurance would cover it.
