They called my last name Zhang even though its Jung pronounced like jungle. Nurse who pronounced my name incorrectly had a very cold attitude and couldn't listen . I did not have my contacts on due to a scratch but she still had me do a vision test. I explained to her I can't see without my contacts and it was pointless to do the test. She repeated herself saying I still needed to do the test her eye. Even though I can't see out of both eyes without contacts. When the doctor came to see me she also had a attitude and said theirs nothing she could do, even though she didn't look at my eye yet. It's like I had to force her to look at my eye which I thought was a scratch. She finally looked at my eye after I explained myself again and her 4 seconds of thorough investigation found nothing. i was there on 12/27/25 with a sore throat and cough. i waited 1 hr to see a dr and the Nurse PA came in. I told her my symptoms, she checked my throat, listened to my chest and said it’s viral! My throat was sore with a bad cough and she didn’t do a throat swab! One week later I had to go to another Urgent Care because I think I have bronchitis! Very unsatisfied with this Urgent Care. Don’t use them!!!

Kaley at the front desk is so rude. She is short and hateful with every statement. I told her I was self pay, then she stated that my insurance may deny my claim due to it being mouth related. I again told her that I was self pay, and she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked the ladies in the back what her name was so I could include it in this review, they were very excited to help me, which tells me that maybe her coworkers have the same opinion of her as I do. The actual person I saw was great, and she always is, but Kaley is the face that you deal with first, and she will be rude at any chance.

Great doctors and staff!!! Being able to check wait times, designate an appointment time, and do MYChart check-in before arriving at the clinic, which provides needed info to order tests and determine the best treatment, is a huge benefit for patients and doctors. The doctors have provided the best care for me and my husband.

I can’t recommend Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care enough! Earlier today, I took my daughter to a different urgent care for some pretty bad ear pain. We waited almost 2 hours, and the self-pay cost was “starting at $250,” which we were prepared to pay. But after waiting awhile, she perked up, started laughing and playing, and told me she no longer hurt—so we went home. Later on, though, the pain came back more consistently, so we decided to try NGPG since it’s closest to our house. Best decision ever! The wait was maybe 15 minutes, and from the moment they called her name, the staff was incredibly kind and comforting. She was holding some little toy mermaids, and the nurse and provider told her they were going to look in her ear to see if another mermaid was swimming around
