I highly recommend Dr. O’Reggio for NGPG Neurology. She is the first neurologist (of many) that has genuinely seemed to care about finding solutions, not just supplementing pain. I feel seen, heard, and cared for which is surprisingly a lot to ask for in a doctor. I only gave 4 stars, because this office can be a bit difficult to get in touch with.

3rd Floor. Absolutely disgusting. This coffee table is in the middle of the seating area. How long does it take for this much dust to accumulate? That also means all the germs from the people are also there. Every table and end table looks the same. I would guarantee every seat in here is just as dirty. This much dust also means their air filtration is compromised. Not safe. Disgusting. Should be a crime and punishable. Especially if they perform procedures here. Which they do.

My husband has been a patient of Scott Charpentiers for years and this past summer he became very sick and had to be hospitalized. Within days he lost almost all neuro function and could not sit up or stand. He was seen in hospital by a team of neurologist. He eventually was discharged with instructions to see his neurologist within 2 weeks. I called Dr. Scott Charpentiers office to schedule and we were told they didn't have availability, and he needed to come for his appointment in November. This was in August. I've tried to get an appointment with another Dr in the group and they declined to see him.

If you have cluster headaches, look somewhere else. They’ll downplay your pain and under prescribe you. You should be given a script for immediate help. This isn’t a migraine!

I had a very disappointing and disheartening experience at NGPG Neurological. From the start, I felt judged rather than cared for. The very first question DR Starr asked was, “How long have you had bipolar disorder?” — without any proper context, assessment, or compassion. My chart from my psychiatrist with NGPG clearly states he doesn’t believe I have BIPOLAR. My symptoms and concerns were brushed off, and I did not feel heard or respected. What’s worse, the provider’s notes from the visit were inaccurate and misrepresented what was actually said and done. It felt like my experience was not only disregarded in person, but rewritten on paper. This kind of care is unacceptable, especially when patients are coming in vulnerable and looking for answers.
