I've been going to this practice for almost 10yrs now, and all the staff has been always amazing to me, from the receptionist to the Lab team, including the nurses... and now that they just moved to their new location, it's even better! Dr. Baumgartner is amazing! Takes the time to listen, to explain and he's always looking for the best treatment for you, he's is just wonderful! But if you cannot book with him, Dr. Julie Smith and Dr. Cerny are great too! I would always recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Julie Smith and her team are excellent!!! They are personable, attentive, and knowledgeable and great at providing her patients with proper care to help them stay healthy. My husband and I both have been coming to her for years and continually recommend anyone looking for a pcp to this clinic/team. Recently she has added both my parents as her patients as well and they both have also expressed how happy they are with how well she listens and takes the time to be there and properly address their concerns. Thank you so much for all that you do each and every day and being willing to take the time with your patients even with the insurance and corporate barriers. Just wanted to make sure you knew that your patients are appreciative and love you and will continue to recommend you.

I thought I had written this review before! I am so grateful to Dr. Baumgartner for his excellent work, which has literally saved my life. I love going into the office for whatever my next reason is as I know I will be heard and given the best medical direction possible. I am so happy that my friend, who is another happy patient, referred me to this system.

Dr. Meredith is my doctor. With her guidance and her thorough staff, I have dropped in weight from 253lbs to 205lbs. My bp and A1C, not to mention all other PSA levels, are finally in the ranges they need to be. The staff answers the portal questions I have all the time in a very timely manner as well. The pharmacy, Citizens Pharmacy, is the best I have ever sen-never had a pharmacy you can text with-impressive. If you are a new patient, go see Dr. Meredith and her staff, a solid representation for your health. Just be patient and let them do their job. Thank you Dr, Meredith and your team :)

Joslin and Leslie are truly the kindest, most amazing providers I have ever worked with. Every time I have asked a question or had a concern, I was always spoken to with compassion and had things explained to me without feeling like I was a burden or wasting their time. Both Leslie and Joslin made sure I understood the process and felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. They really care about their patents!! The entire office is also so nice and helpful - I get responses to any questions I submit via mychart either the same day or the next morning, my refills are always sent on time, I never have to worry about the timeliness of anything I need. My insurance changed at the beginning of this year and I am considering paying out of pocket just to stay with this office and t
