I chose to see Dr Woods as a consult for a second opinion. She was incredibly attentive to my questions and made sure that before I left the office I was confident in what my next step should be. I was remiss in getting her nurses name as she conveyed all info to Dr Woods so she knew the back story before she ever came into the room. I was more than pleased with my visit and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a change in their care

I tried scheduling an appointment with the Longstreet Clinic. The first available appointment was 6 months out. It was suggested I try Northeast GA Physicians group. I called and scheduled an appointment for my first visit as a new patient. They also kept me informed of appointments becoming available before my scheduled appointment date. The facility is nice, new and clean. I did not have a long wait in the waiting room. Everything went smoothly. I had the pleasure of meeting Rylie Elizabeth Veik. She was very thorough, professional and friendly. Upon completion of my visit I was introduced to a woman that welcomed me as a new patient. Explained things about the facility and asked for my input. I am very pleased with the care given to me. I am glad I was referred to this group.

I took my wife. There several times this Past monday we had an appointment just to see if they would up a dosage on her medication. We didn't wait long which was a bonus because we had a lot of things to do that day. After several years my life trusted her neurologist. After. Explaining how she felt about things. And Telling miss brooks how she felt about a certain medication My wife was sent to the e.R on a ten thirteen. My wife did not threaten anybody or threatened to harm herself. She was explaining what a medication did to her. After hearing this her neurologist told her she needed to be on that medication. I have not seen my wife since Monday out of all honesty.This place is nothing but a joke. She went in for help.What she's getting right now is not to help she was asking for.

After electronically checking in, filling out paperwork and paying co-pay at Dr. Banner’s office, I waited and waited and waited….Lady at front desk called my name after being there about 30 minutes and said, I needed to check in. Wait, check in twice? I had already checked in and paid… Also said I had to check in after checking in…???!!! Wait, what??? Waiting another 15 minutes and I could hear lady telling her co-worker “ I’ve called and called and they won’t pick up back there, I need to let them know she’s here.” What- check in after check in…. They won’t pick up the phone??? I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, which I did and I’m still waiting in waiting area. No other patients are here…but I’m still waiting. Did they got to lunch? What the what?? Update

I love OBGYN staff at this clinic. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Ana is the best ultrasound technician that I have ever met. I love it every time I have an ultrasound appointment. Midwife Michelle is also very supportive and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
