Julie Hopper is an amazing doctor. She has been treating me for years and I can't say enough good things about her. She has always treated me with respect and concern. She takes the time to discuss everything with you and always responses quickly to your questions. I would highly recommend her for your next visit.

I was suppose to have my 6 month appt yesterday, in the office, at 12:30. I went on mychart the night before to inform them I will also need to be checked for strep. I was called at 11:45am asking how much longer until I arrive. Again, at 12:00, am I on the way? Again at 12:20 telling me it's going to be a video visit (my throat is on fire) and that when I get there that someone, will come out to get my vitals. Never happened. The video happens but I can't hear her (the nurse practitioner) but she can hear me, and she tells me it's MY phone's problem. She hangs up calls me to tell me, before I get swabbed, that is probably just allergies making my throat hurt and glands so big, and she's going to give me some steroids. This practice is a joke. I have been a patient at the practice 10+ years. My doctor left the practice and they advised me that I was no longer able to be seen at this practice. No other doctors are seeing new patients. Remind you, I have been a patient 10+years. Called to have prescription refilled because the new practice can’t get me in before I run out of medication. I needed 1 week of medicine to get me through until my appointment. They denied to refill to my cholesterol medication knowing it could be harmful to stop the medication abruptly. Policy over patient health and wellbeing is alarming. Stay away!

Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing. I have never felt more comfortable, or more validated by a doctor before. She has created a safe environment during our visits that I feel comfortable opening up to her about struggles I am facing in my personal life. Every time I walk out of this office, I feel like the people inside genuinely care about me, not only as a patient but as a person as well.
