My 6 year old daughter just recently had her first visit with Dr. Shanks. She was super nice and knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff. My daughter can be a little shy, but the warm welcome made her feel comfortable. I also was glad that Dr. Shanks was very thorough and detailed with the procedures and only did what was necessary. It's hard to find that these days as most medical places just treat you like a number and perform unnecessary tests. That's not the case here. Highly recommend and we'll be back for any future needs!

Dr. William Nich gets 5 stars from my family and I! I take both my girls to see him and they absolutely love him. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to answer all of our questions, even staying late one time, when we needed to be seen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real doctor, caring and willing to go the extra mile to get you or your kids healthy and happy. Sincerely ~ Mommy & 2 kids

Update! I attempted to contact that phone number and the supposed owners information below and that person on the phone said there’s no way to help me. So this is ridiculous. I cannot support a company that is going to steal money from people who can’t even afford to pay for a paper that we should not have to pay for in the first place. They know that these documents are required for school, and they are taking advantage of the families to charge them money to complete the document! I love Dr. Shanks but, after today I will not got to this office anymore. I had to email in some school med forms to be completed for my son emergency treatment if needed! He has four different forms that needed to be completed. I called and asked if I can email them the forms to be completed and then emailed

Hardest place to get in for an immediate appointment after a hospital follow up. "When you're already a patient". And, nurses do not call back in a timely manner. And, Dr. Nish, is a very busy Dr to get a hold of "per the nurse". Wish this would have been a better outcome. But unfortunately, this facility is not caring, or attentive. And, for that matter. I will not be returning, or referring anyone to this office!

From the service to the staff, NGPG Allergy and Asthma-Gainesville is GREAT! I went in as a first time patient for an allergy skin test, it all ran so smoothly. Walking in I was greeted by sweet receptionists, they made the check-in go quick and easy -fill out the patient form online, it helps give you little to no wait time. I was walked to the back by the incredibly sweet CMA, Sarai, who even with a mask on still smiles. Jan took my vital signs, and she made it go by so fast -love her sense of humor. Sam was also so sweet! Dr. Shanks and Dr. Khan were so incredibly sweet and patient with me as a first time patient with a few questions and concerns.
